Google has been using XFN and FOAF markup to aggregate data on social graphs. Now that information is readily available to you through a new API released today. With the API, you could potentially gather the public social connections of yourself, friends, family or anyone.
This could have a huge potential in CRM. Data mining and aggregation could outline trends and hidden marketing potential among segments. This could be the start of something powerful.
